Where do you deliver?

We deliver within the UK and internationally.

Which delivery method will you use?

Royal Mail despatches all of our UK orders and our international orders use the corresponding local postal service or courier.

When will my order be delivered?

For UK deliveries, once despatched Royal Mail will aim to deliver your order in 2–5 working days. For international deliveries, once despatched we will aim to deliver your order in 5–12 working days.

How can I cancel my order?

To request cancellation of an order please email bookshop@faber.co.uk giving your order number. Please note: orders for titles that are available for immediate despatch (‘in stock’) are sent to our fulfilment partner as soon as the order is placed, and in most cases cannot be cancelled. However, please do contact us – while we might not be able to stop the order from being despatched, we will try to accommodate your request for cancellation.

How long will it take for my order to be despatched?

We aim to despatch your order within 1 business day as long as it has been ordered before 2pm (Monday-Friday). However, if your item is in stock it is possible that it will be much sooner than this. You will receive an email confirming despatch as soon as your order leaves us.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

We are currently unable to amend or change a delivery address once an order has been placed; your order will be despatched to the address entered when placing the order. However, if you need to change the delivery address then please contact us and, if not yet despatched, we may be able to cancel your order. You can then place a new order with the correct delivery details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment must be made by credit or debit card. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.

When will I be charged for my order?

Payment will be debited from your account after your confirmation email is sent out  and before despatch of the items to you.

Do you accept returns?

If the item you have bought is faulty or mis-described then please contact us outlining your reason for return at bookshop@faber.co.uk.

If you have changed your mind about the items and are resident in the European Union, then you have the right to return purchased items for a refund within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. To exercise your right to cancel, please email us at bookshop@faber.co.uk.

Where shall I post my items for return?

The items must be returned directly to us, unused, and we will refund you on receipt of the items (excluding delivery charges, gift wrapping and any other additional expenses). We have the right to withhold or reduce any refund on items that have been damaged or otherwise diminished in value. Please return your despatch note, circling the reason for return, to:

Do you offer free returns?

We do not offer free returns, so you will be responsible for paying the cost of postage if you choose to return items to us. We will pay the cost of return only if the items are faulty or misdescribed.

How will I be refunded?

Please note that we will not make any refund to you until we have received the relevant items from you and confirmed that they have not been damaged. We will credit your payment card with the cost of the returned items within 30 days of our receiving them.
