Subsequently, he has worked extensively and internationally in theatre and opera. His theatre productions have been seen at the National Theatre, the Bridge Theatre, Chichester Festival Theatre, in the West End, Broadway, Dublin and Edinburgh. He has directed opera at the Royal Opera House, Glyndebourne, the ENO, St Petersburg, in Paris, New York, Santa Fe, Los Angeles and Tokyo.
Christopher Hampton will be signing copies of his plays at the event.
