Alongside Cillian Murphy (Bill Furlong) and Eileen Walsh (Eileen Furlong), the film features Michelle Fairley (Mrs Wilson), Clare Dunne (Sister Carmel), Helen Behan (Mrs Kehoe) and Emily Watson (Sister Mary).

Small Things Like These is produced by Alan Moloney, Cillian Murphy, Catherine Magee, Matt Damon and Drew Linton.

Executive producers are Ben Affleck, Michael Joe, Kevin Halloran and Niamh Fagan.

‘I was so rapt, so caught up in this film,’ writes Peter Bradshaw in the Guardian, ‘that I wasn’t aware that it was going to be the ending until the screen faded to black. It is an absorbing, committed drama.’
