Delivery Charges

1. UK Deliveries

Orders placed with faber.co.uk will be shipped to you postage free as long as the products ordered can be shipped together and have a value of £30 or above (please see 1.1. for Faber Finds delivery charges).

Delivery charges are in UK pounds sterling (£) and inclusive of VAT.

Reasons for orders of multiple titles not being consolidated, i.e. where separate delivery charges will apply, might include purchases of pre-ordered (i.e. titles not yet available), or out of stock titles.

2. Charges for UK P&P

For normal deliveries to the UK P&P is charged at £3.50. Orders over a value of £30 (not including P&P) are not charged P&P, subject to Clauses 5 and 6.

3. Overseas Deliveries

We deliver outside the UK (though restrictions may apply depending on Faber's territorial rights for specific books). Delivery charges are determined by territory.

4. Charges for Overseas P&P

Europe (including Eire): £10 plus £2 per additional item.
USA & Canada: £15 plus £3 per additional item.
Rest of the World (excluding USA): £20 + £3 per additional item.

Please note: There is no free postage for overseas deliveries.

5. Split Shipment/Consolidation of Orders

If you have purchased multiple titles with different dispatch lead times (e.g. titles not yet published, or titles not available from stock) you will need to split the shipment - each shipment will count as a separate order. For example if you have two titles - one dispatching in 1-2 days and one dispatching in 2-4 days, you will be charged P&P on both at £3.50 per shipment, a total of £7.00. (See 4. above for non-UK deliveries).

6. Pre-Order Titles

Pre-order titles are always treated as separate shipments and cannot be consolidated and dispatched together with available titles. Each individual pre-order title will be charged P&P at £3.50. (See 4. above for non-UK deliveries).

7. Contacting Customer Services

7.1 Post-Sales Support: If you have placed an order and have a question:

The My Account section of the site stores your order history.

To review the items you have ordered or to check on the status of any outstanding shipments simply go to the My Account section and click on the 'View details' link of the order you are interested in.

If, having reviewed the details of your order, you need to contact Customer Services click on the 'Make an enquiry' link at the top of that page.
