Traffic

This is the screenplay of director Steven Soderbergh's hit thriller, set in the high-stakes, high-risk world of the drug trade, starring Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta Jones. Traffic is a series of interrelated stories, filled with intrigue and danger. A pair of undercover DEA agents explores the sordid, dangerous world of San Diego dealers; a wealthy drug baron living in suburban America is arrested only for his pampered, unknowing wife to take over his business; the US President's 'drug czar', a Supreme Court Justice, must deal with his increasingly drug-addicted teenage daughter; and a Mexican policeman finds himself caught in a web of corruption.
